4. Client responsibilities

We do not control their algorithms, policies, outages, pricing, account decisions, or availability.

6. Marketing performance

SEO rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, advertising performance, social reach, and other marketing outcomes depend on competition, market conditions, budget, website quality, content, platform changes, historical performance, customer behaviour, and many other variables. Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, no particular result is promised.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GrowthAxis Solutions retains rights in its pre-existing processes, templates, systems, know-how, and materials. Ownership and licensing of project-specific deliverables, client materials, stock assets, fonts, plugins, and third-party resources are governed by the applicable project agreement and relevant licences.

8. Client-provided materials

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide text, images, logos, data, accounts, and other materials for use in your project. You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide where we have used them as instructed.

9. Confidentiality

Where a project requires confidential information, the parties should follow any applicable confidentiality agreement or written project terms. We will use reasonable care with non-public information supplied for the purpose of delivering services.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthAxis Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party platform changes, outages, account restrictions, loss of rankings, market changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
